About your manager Martin Kolesár helps leading financial institutions successfully navigate large-scale transformation programmes, from post-merger integrations and core banking modernisation to enterprise-wide rollouts and complex data migrations. With more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, he combines a structured delivery mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving business challenges. You can expect a manager who values collaboration, ownership, and high-quality outcomes. Job description & summary Lead technology and transformation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and change management. Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients within the financial services sector. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support the professional development of junior colleagues. Drive project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met. Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and shape innovative technology solutions. Leverage project management methodologies to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives. Apply your knowledge of banking and financial services processes to solve client challenges. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, upselling opportunities, and offering development. Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements. Support the continued growth and development of the Technology Consulting practice. What matters to us 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, ideally within financial services. Proven track record in delivering technology-driven transformation projects. Strong understanding of business processes within the Finance & Banking sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language skills.
