About the team
Our Czech team, mainly based in Prague, works closely with PwC Germany as a nearshore consulting team supporting transformation projects in the financial services sector. We bring together strong German language capabilities, consulting skills, and understanding of banking, insurance and other FS domains. We have been fully & seamlessly integrated with PwC Germany but you will also be part of the Czech technology consulting team and will have the opportunity to be involved in activities in both countries.
About your manager
Romana Mrazova is a Manager in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice. Since 2017, she has combined technology consulting with hands‑on delivery, working on software development and digital transformation in the automotive and telecommunications sectors, including SAP transformations. Her work covers product management, business analysis, project governance, and test and release management, with a focus on product quality and delivery excellence.
Job description & summary As a consultant, you will work on transformation projects for clients in the financial sector — primarily banks, insurance companies, and investment firms. You will:
- Work on projects directly at our clients
- Analyze and map business requirements
- Assist with the design and implementation of solutions
- Present implemented solutions to clients
- Build and manage client relationships on a daily basis
What matters to us
- Completed university education and at least 1 year of experience in consulting or financial services
- Experience using German at B2‑C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
- Good understanding of economic and management topics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — daily collaboration with clients and the team
- Knowledge of Czech/Slovak is an advantage, and English proficiency is essential.
