What you’ll be doing
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and market trends.
- Deliver actionable recommendations for the Invia.cz Sales organization.
- Monitor and explain key KPIs: sales value, conversion, average booking value, destination/product mix and lead time.
- Build and develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and regular performance reviews.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate business questions into structured analytical solutions.
- Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Improve reporting, metric definitions and analytical processes.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in business, commercial, sales, or data analytics.
- Strong practical knowledge of SQL.
- Working experience with Power BI.
- Python skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, retail, marketplace or another dynamic commercial environment.
- Ability to independently turn an ambiguous question into a practical recommendation.
- Strong business mindset and stakeholder-management skills.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Proactivity, ownership and comfort with changing priorities.
- Good command of English.
